I used to be a friend of Joe's.

I did some help to them on the show.

Yes, I mean, I think we're the only... I'm Anne Thormey.

I live in Cannes and I live in Black Rock.

So I'm an Irish citizen and an Irish taxpayer.

I think Ireland is the only country in Europe which doesn't pay for its water.

Now, there might be one other, but I don't think so.

And I was telling your assistant or your staff member a couple of years ago, I was in an old neighborhood in which I used to live, and there was a man who used to know me when I was living there, put down his garden hose to give me a hug and have a chat and left the water on.

Just left it on, on the ground.

And it was October.

It wasn't the middle of June.

And I have other friends who, when they're filling up a pitcher of water for the table, they let it run in the kitchen for two or three minutes so it's cold.

But you don't do that if you're paying.

You just don't do it.

And it's not that expensive.

And I just don't understand.
