But as you said yourself, Irish Water are spending billions on those.
Those obviously are billions.
They're not bringing that out of nowhere.
But in England, they have paid, since privatisation, £65 billion sterling to shareholders in profits.
And at the same time, they didn't choose to put that £65 billion back into...
upgrade in the water structure now.
They gave it out to shareholders in profit and they actually increased the CEO salaries there.
