And what's a distortion?
It's a story we're telling ourselves about what's happening that diverges from reality.
All right, so let's break it down.
So that's the opposite cognitive distortion.

So if you are regularly experiencing self-doubt, if there's a storyline that pops into your head in the form of anxiety about being found out, if you are attributing...
your success, you know, entirely to factors that are outside of your control.
I think these are clues that you might be subject to this kind of a distortion field.
