And they're like, wow, you are so beautiful without makeup on or you look so... And it's like, that's when you realize it's like all in here.
Like we are so critical of ourselves.
And I think that's what really helped my confidence was that to realize that.
And to realize it's okay to have a role when you're like moving around or like not look perfect when you're filming a video.
That's normal.
And I think that's what guys like.
They want to... Normal bodies.
They don't want this like perfect, I don't know, person.
That's just not realistic.
So there was a point like around the time of my challenge where like my... Sorry, my Henry.
My fiancé had to have like an intervention with me because I had like completely lost myself.
And I'm like a very strong... I have a strong sense of self and I'm like...
very like humble and I'm a very like normal person, as you said.
And so for me to have gotten to that point, and honestly, a lot of it was because I'd been spending a lot of time with Bonnie.
And I think I'd sort of almost gotten like infected.
Where like, I was just thinking so narrow-mindedly and like tunnel vision to this goal and this money and, you know, and Henry had to sit me down and be like, you've lost yourself.
Like you're addicted to this.
And what are we doing?
And, you know, it was a point where like, had I reacted the wrong way, we wouldn't be together today.
