If they had made this move in uh right after the season in April, I I think there was like four

uh I think four other teams had openings uh uh for GMs that that filled them.

So you're dealing with a pool of uh uh a a more shallow pool of candidates

uh uh uh basically you're you've you've relegated your your your yourself into maybe the second tier of candidates

Uh the the choices aren't aren't aren't the same.

uh as they would be if you if you make a move like

All other teams do right after the season.

Uh and that's why I was w I was wondering if maybe it it wouldn't be in their best interest to just

not hire uh an anybody from outside at this point, just go with Sean Worcop as an interim.

uh for this season a and see where that takes you and then uh just reassess at at the end of the next season uh whether they want to make him the uh uh take the interim tag off of him.

or uh look to somebody else when there would be uh more candidates available.
