One of the things I realized was that if you are not 100% focused on the company that you're working on, chances are it's not going to work.

Yeah.

So two or three of those that we started all we kind of shut down.

And a lot of it is because the different uh effort you put in with your

accounting team, everyone has their own priorities as long as everyone is still having a full time job.

So when this idea came about, we knew that the only way to make this work was to jump right in, hundred percent.

Because I think when you go in with nothing, you know backup plan, right?

That's when you really give your hundred and twenty percent up because that's the only way out is to make it work.

Right.

Yeah.

I think at that point in time we were a little bit naive as well.

But we thought that locks have been around for hundreds of years, thousands of years.

How difficult can it be?

So those are famous does for us, you know.

So when we created our very first lock, I still remember, we basically bought parts from China.

And then we wrote out a little bit of firmware with there so that we can remotely manage it.

And then we started selling it.
