When NHL teams are really starting to understand the year-over-year progressions of a player, especially in their draft season, and the inflection point that Caleb Malhotra has had in his career, especially his performance, his production, and the development in his game, I think that it's a slam dunk that if he has another one of these, he could be a superstar center in the league.
I think at this point he has shown that he can be, you know, a one C with above average to see potential at this point.
But what happens if he grows more in terms of his game, in terms of his offensive skillset, he already has an NHL ready shot.

is good defensively.
He's always willing to sacrifice his body on the line for his team.
He sacrificed points in the OHL this year as a young player when you don't normally see that.
He was the play driver on his line when Merrick Van Acker and Adam Nock were playing up with Jake O'Brien, who's one of the best, if not the best OHL player in the league right now.
