The state can make the road a little steeper.
It cannot take away your ability to walk it.

Money plays a role in that, but freedom is the end goal.
So here's the one thing I need you to walk away with.
Where you live is not your destiny, but it is a factor.
And factors deserve respect, not denial.
If your state is weak on healthcare, safety, or childcare, that's not a reason to give up.
It's information that tells you exactly where to build your own protection.
And what I would say, thicker protection.
So your assignment for the next 48 to 72 hours, I want you to pull up your own state's numbers on crime, health care access, and child care costs.
Figure out that information.
And whatever information comes back, don't panic, just plan.
Knowledge without a plan is just anxiety.
