In the digital thing, you can't tell because you can do it so precise on your computer.

That is great.

And there's some photographs I took

in the 80s or 70s, that could never print really well because the contrasts were too big.

I don't use light, so I had a picture of the slits, naked, walking out of the ocean towards me, and a shot towards the sun.

So you either print it where you can see the bodies and everything else is white,

Or you print where you can see the sun and their silhouettes.

I could never get the tool to match it.

Now I can.

And a picture of the rapper Cool JJ.

Yeah, I was stuck with the JJ.

Yeah, so I took a quick picture of him in the rain somewhere once.

In my print, you can't see anything in the face.

Now I can.

It's a great tool, the digital photocopier.

Well, I have a great friend called Paolo Roversi, who's a beautiful photographer.

And Paolo introduced me to them because he works with them too.

Yeah, so when it came to the book, I thought, let's see.
