Maybe they were Akias, or maybe there was a company that renovated them and made them kind of livable.

But I think it's a Western mentality of wanting to

Put character and put your own kind of stamp to the house that you that you live in.

I remember the first apartment that I renovated in Sweden.

And it had a wall.

And I remember the broker, he he told me that, okay, uh this apartment if it has if it has a wall, normally the buyer he wants to tear it down.

But if it doesn't have a wall, the buyer is gonna wanna put the wall up.

So it it's like full circle.

And I think that's something about Western culture.

where we want and we care maybe it's just a Scandinavian thing, but we care about the way we live in a way that we want personality and we want character, we want sunlight and we want to make the house and home our own.

Whereas here it's the housing developers and they build a house and people move in.

It's convenient and it's new.

And I think that's more of a of a Japanese way of living in a way.

With that said, I think it's totally doable to buy an Akya.
