But we started in the complete opposite uh kind of side of things.

And we also we bought quite a lot of properties the past year or two years.

And I realized or I learned that in order to flip properties, like in order to buy and tembu, you need to be a registered real estate company.

So you cannot do it if you just buy yourself, you buy something, you renovate it, and you resell?

You can.

It's kind of a gray zone.

But buying a house with the intention of reselling it.

You you can I think you can sell one or two every two years or what every year.

I'm not a hundred percent sure on the rules.

But we've been buying a lot, we've been renovating a lot as well.

Uh we sold one apartment uh collaboration, which I didn't personally buy.

uh the zero renovation company, they handled all the legal stuff.

But since we own quite a lot, quite a lot of units and houses now.

It's I think it was a natural process progression of

Just getting a real estate license.

And then now we can actually help people too.

Because my inbox, we we reach thirty, forty million people a month on social media.

And many of these people want to buy properties, mostly in you probably need one person full time just to reply to everyone.
