Like, do I wanna spend a lot of time in this location?
Because a renovation takes forever.
Do I wanna commute commute to this place?
Maybe you don't have to do it for a few years, but like do I wanna spend every day for the next six months at this place?
And I knew the location was good.
And I think the second thing was the charm.
Like it just appealed to me, everything.
It was the garden, it was completely overgrown, nature.
Running water right next door, huge waterfall.
And first time when we were there,
It was filled with the previous owner's things.
And you could feel that someone really took care of this place back in the day.
We there was a calendar on the wall from two thousand and two.
That was twenty four years ago.
