But I think in order to do that we need to be better with the planning and better with design, I think.

And we need to work with people we can trust from the beginning till the end who knows that, okay, this part is going to take three weeks, this is gonna take four weeks. 'Cause if not, you're left in kind of a void.

And I would love to make like a high quality turning like a ruin into a luxury retreat or a ryokan of some sort.

I think it needs to be like a strong concept behind it, but that's super exciting to me.

I would probably never be.

But I wrote it from a kind of a DIY Swedish person mindset in order to answer all the questions that I was bombarded with online.
