I'm not a cardiologist.

So yeah, then basically I just had to

Yeah, I was just on – well, I didn't play, obviously, the rest of the year and was on kind of bed rest and stuff.

But I ended up having to move home with mum and dad because I was on a development contract.

Oh, like the injury.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I wasn't able to get kind of paid my contract.

And because it wasn't an accident, I wasn't able to get ACC.

So I'm like the sickness benefit, getting about $300 a week.

So I was like, oh, I'll move home to mum and dad so I can actually kind of afford to live.

Yeah.

Um, yeah.

And then it was kind of just every month I'd go and check up with the cardiologists and they do all that heart scanning stuff and get all that crap done.

And, and once it, once it had settled down after a month or two of doing really nothing, then I could slowly increase my heart, heart rate in stages where, yeah, you could walk around the block and yeah.

Then you could start walk, jog, and then eventually you kind of take each, almost like 10%, you could go up 10% of your heart rate each month, basically.

Nah, not really.

It was just kind of, yeah, get to the next stage.

It ended up probably being about eight months before I had to, yeah, I think the final test you do is they just chuck you on a treadmill with like the mask and everything on and basically just run, yeah, do that test, run until you can't run no more.
