Number one, we can see that a grand jury has been convened and that they have summoned his family to testify.

Now, is that normal phraseology?

And should we glean from that that charges are coming?

Or does that happen and then it doesn't amount to anything anyway?

His mum, his dad and his sister were subpoenaed, asked to come and testify in front of the grand jury.

And the argument put forward by David's dad for why they won't is that there's been a violation of his due process rights because certain details of the case were redacted and he filed a writ.

So gathering from that, if David had made the argument, it would have stuck a little better than his dad making it.
