So I just thought, you know, I woke up yesterday morning and I looked at all the trends, and of course she gets excited this time of the year, but it's also so expensive.
You know, Claire mentioned childcare and all of that.
So I just had a look at the trends, which are very useful, by the way, because often the trend is in your wardrobe.
So I was looking yesterday at, you know, this understated luxury.
is it's now all about personality in your clothing and embellishment.
And I found some brooches for my mother and I put them on my knitwear and then I did a big deep dive, put put the high summer stuff away.
I took out bits that needed to be shoes, needed to be healed.
I took out things like um
you know, let's say l coats that need to be dry, cleaned, stuff that needs to be taken up.
And I had a great play in my wardrobe, Claire.
And I realised at the end, sadly I don't need a lot of stuff, surprise, surprise.
But what one big thing that showed me yesterday was that sometimes you need to invest in a few pieces, even though it is an expensive time of the year.
to make the rest of your wardrobe work.
Another big thing I saw yesterday too was stuff that's a big wreck that's a bit wrecked, that's a big sign that you use that stuff a lot and needs to be replaced.
So what are the key things then that you felt would be good for the coming season?
Okay.
So again, I find people buy lots of bits and pieces, right?
And nothing kind of goes together.
So what I would say first of all is identify your lifestyle.
