and yeah like for me like take carrying for example it's like oh why wasn't this carry successful or why was it successful and you break down little bits whether it's like your height or whether it's how fast your feet move whether it's how how long a stride length you have like and then same with the fence it's like oh your height your stride length like how powerful you could be in certain positions and that kind of thing and I guess it's an understanding for your body as well but it's an understanding for certain situations too so

And then, like, I think Scase has really bought into that as well, to be fair, because he like we've a good relationship now.
And I guess he kind of just knows me as a player.

And I don't think he liked that phrase at the start.
But now he says it all the time to me.

And yeah, like whether it's literally shortening one stride length, he's like, oh, that's your one percenter in this carrier.
Whether it's where I hold the ball, he's like, that's your one percenter in this carrier, that kind of thing.
