kinds of memory tests.
And the second thing of course is that if you don't sleep, you're tired, it's as simple as that.
And and creativity also needs uh needs a a well rested mind.
So you're actually
You're not doing yourself a favor in two different ways.
First you're too tired and second you you don't use these wonderful mechanisms that that sleep provides you with.
That's a that's really an excellent question.
Um yeah, they are, in that if you think about something
uh very focused and consciously it's better for some problems or some decisions maybe that you have to make and the unconscious is the sort or the subconscious as she calls it, is better for other things.
Your unconscious is especially good when it comes to problems that are huge, when it involves a a large amounts of information.
You know, we have the feeling you don't even know where to start.
And when it when a lot of the information that you have to use is more subjective, you know.
Also when it comes to making a decision, when when the information is more uh emotional.
In terms of decision making, you could make a distinction.
If you if you if you buy if you wanna buy something
where the the different aspects are merely technical, look like you know, uh b buying a new washing machine.
It's perfectly reasonable to to do this in a very conscious, rational manner.
You know, you can take a piece of paper, a pen, and pluses and minuses and and pros and cons and and and that's all fine.
But but everybody would agree with me that once a decision becomes a way way more complex and also more subjective, like buying a house where also some emotional aspects play a role.
You have to also make room for your own unconscious.
