Right.

I think with Emerson, the hit tool and the ability to just consistently drive the baseball, how polished the swing is for his age is so exciting.

But also the unknown with a high school player beyond that of how much more you can build up on that.

is very enticing.

The other side of it is he doesn't have the track record of a Chilowski because he didn't go to college and put up the numbers that Chilowski did for three years.

So it's one of those things where I don't think you'll really ever be able to properly have the answer until both those guys are in the big leagues for a couple years.

And that's the crazy thing about the MLB draft is you can look back at it at different points in each of these players' careers and the answer might look different.

And that's what makes it so fun.

Perfect example, right?

And even at the point of Bobby Witt at his age, 23 season, like the year where he really started to burst onto the scene in Major League Baseball, like the rookie year was good but not great to his standards.

Even at that point, you could say, well, look at what Adley's doing.

At that point, maybe people still aren't flip-flopping the names there.

And here we are.

now five years, now going into potential year six, and it's not even close.

And Natalie's bounced back and had a nice season, but Bobby Wojcicki is one of the most valuable players in Major League Baseball.

So it just shows you how fluid these things are.

And you think about it year to year with just even established Major League Baseball players.

Guys hit walls.

Guys struggle to duplicate what they did the year before.

It is the hardest sport, I think, to be able to project what's going to happen the next season.
