They said, no, you've already absorbed everything.

I'm like, okay, how about compensation?

They said,

know what it's it's october let's wait till the end of the year and so i pushed my resignation across the table and said hey yeah i'm afraid there's something more out there for me than this and they were like what i said yeah we agreed we're going to talk about you know compensation everything and and you know i i think i've shown what my worth is and they said are you open for a counter offer i was like of course

They doubled my salary.

They gave me a truck and made me director of construction.
