These three men find themselves in removal proceedings at the ICE Attention Center, which means the government is actively working towards having them deported from the country.
They are all three undocumented, have been here for decades.
The last time that I spoke to DHS about this, they said that they were in the throes of implementing a program where they were prioritizing certain units, like they have special response teams and things like that, with body cam.
It's unclear why these individuals in particular were not wearing them.
