I'm looking forward to going over there this time.

Not having to race, but be on pool deck and watch as a fan.

Well, I've been told there's very good shopping in Glasgow.

Maybe not the same sort of architecture as, say, Edinburgh, but I've been told the shopping's quite good.

Hopefully it's lots of gold so we can have fun conversations.

But really it just will be like me chatting to my mates.

I'm still friends with so many of the swimmers and yeah, I'm looking forward to it.

I put it down to depth breeds depth.

I think that especially in our relay teams, knowing that if you're a part of our women's 4x1, 4x2, it's almost a guaranteed Olympic gold medal.

You want to be a part of that.

And the fact that we can create domestically finals with eight women that could potentially be fast enough to be in the individual Olympic final is just incredible.

So when you have that sort of caliber in your own country, it's

It kind of sets the standard.

And I feel very proud to be a part of that.

It's a pretty incredible era of swimming we have had over the past 10, 15, 20 years.

I'd say it's a little bit unfair, but I would say especially in the freestyle events, there's probably more depth.

Everyone can freestyle.
