I think it's really rewarding getting to tell your story and try and pass on some wisdom from my 25 years on to –

Other people, people just are so fascinated about sport and what goes into being the best.

And so I love sharing what I've learned, but then also just living life.

I mean, as an Olympic swimmer, you don't get to do much other than swim.

So it's been really good sleeping in, going on a few little trips and just living life.

No, not the fives recently.

To be honest, I have been swimming a little bit lately.

Oh, really?

Only a couple of times a week.

Why?

I don't know.

I just feel like I don't want to lose that touch.

I think I'd regret it if I spent too long out of the water and forgot almost what it felt like.

I think I'd be silly to let that go.

And also, I mean, it's really good for you.

Yeah, exactly.

A little bit, but I try to stay as anonymous as possible, wear the cap inside out, kind of just put it on and dive straight in.

Matt comes with me.

He's not too bad as a swimmer.

I reckon he'd beat me over 50 if we had a race, to be honest.
