And I didn't know what to do.

And I was like going crazy.

And my mind was so tired.

I felt like paralyzed because I didn't know where to go and what to do.

So there's so many...

Things that can make you feel like you just want to give up, but you're not alone.

And we have to regulate our nervous systems.

We've been conditioned and wired to keep going from work.

When we're kids, we may have been in survival mode.

If you're anything like I was, have to learn to regulate our nervous systems and not live in survival mode.

Because the truth is, is when you give your life to Jesus, you don't have to live in survival mode anymore.

He really does take care of you.

You are truly in the palm of his hands.

So that's a good reminder and just to wash yourself with scripture and focus on the scripture more than your emotions.

Because we're going to keep reading and then we'll talk about where I just said that.

But the Lord said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah?
