Because I think this is a good little point right here.
It says, know that the Lord, he is God.
Why do I read it like that?
That's not a period.
That's an exclamation.
Sometimes some of our trouble would go away if we just recognize that he is God.
You need to know who you're dealing with.

It says, it is he who made us and we are his.
We are his people.
and the sheep of his pasture.
I think this is pregnant with a couple of things because it's really being redundant there.
It is he who made us, we are his, we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Almost like when Christ in the New Testament says, like, truly, truly, and verily, verily, I say unto you.
I love the King James Version.
It says, it is he who has made us, not we ourselves.
Who do we think we are?
looking at the command of the living God, not the dead one, right in the face of the scriptures, closing it and say, I have a better idea.
