Noah, as you mentioned about what is the unique things you look for when you hire someone, right?
And you know why the passion for blue collar is important is sales deals.
If you are selling software to a CTO, you might be able to close a million dollar deal on Zoom calls.
Because they're tech savvy, you show them a demo, you give them access to a sandbox, it can work out.
The blue collar workforce, they are people.
You know, they're out there, they're running the world, they're interacting.
They want to shake your hand, right?
They're oftentimes first time buyers of software, right?
You've got to almost walk them through the sales process, teach them the sales process.
So scaling on the GTM also took us some time to understand that, hey, here is a new industry that's being introduced to technology, oftentimes for the first time, and you've got to really speak their language in order to be able to get to them.
When I step out and look out of the balcony, I usually have my three-year-old and my six-year-old tugging at my pants and be like, Papa, why do you work so much?
Where are you going?
What are you doing?
Why aren't you spending more time with us?
The one thing that I'm most proud of and I pass on to my kids and my family too is, I look back and I'm like, hey, what are the biggest problems the world faces?
You know, like, hey, global warming, some might say terrorism, all real problems.
We at Team Bridge believe there's one that's right up there that we don't think about as much.
