And so let's talk about four things that you can do right now.
Number one.
Be honest with your team about what is actually happening.
A lot of people don't understand why there is so much pressure or why AI feels forced on them.
And you can't mobilize people for a battle that they don't understand or believe in.
This has never been purely about the technology.
It's about market concentration.
So the businesses that master AI first will consolidate competitive advantage at a pace that mirrors what the internet did to industries in the early 2000s.
Next is champion what success looks like.
Document it.
Show it running.
People need to see an actual AI-augmented workflow producing measurably better output.
Not a deck about it, not theory.
They need a live example of a workflow that has been rebuilt and is visibly faster, higher quality or lower cost, so that they understand for themselves how to experience what it means to work somewhere where their judgment is the scarce resource, not their capacity.
