So you just stop wasting resources and having people out there looking for him.

You say, look, he'll be in at eight o'clock in the morning.

Let's face it, this is a 68 year old guy with no criminal record, no criminal background.

At that particular point, is he a tremendous danger to the community?

Probably not.

So, you know, again, you call law enforcement, you call the DA's office or the U.S.

Attorney's office or wherever, and you say, look, we'll be there Monday morning.

Chill.

I don't know if, it's a tough call.

I would probably leave it in the client's hands under those circumstances, whether I made a, I went out to the press and had a conversation.

You know, I've represented some interesting characters.

So, Harvey Weinstein.

Harvey, yep.

He likes to produce things and direct things.

He would tell me one thing, Lawrence Taylor, the NFL great of the New York Giants, you know, he would say, Arthur, you know, you're the lawyer, I'm the football player, we're going to do whatever you tell me to do.

So it kind of depends on who your client is and what they're telling you to do.

Again, the one thing that seems not credible from all of the information you just put out there, and I've read a lot of this as well, is that he's saying now he doesn't know the children.

There's a lot of real estate between, I don't even know who these people are, or I never tickled them, or if I did tickle them, they have to prove that whatever the touching that took place, it was for sexual gratification.

I mean, I don't have a recollection of me tickling strangers, but I do have, I mean, I have three children, but I have a niece, I have a nephew, I have...

You know, I mean, you horse around.
