Short of something that dramatic, she's not going to go in and talk.
Now, they have the option of giving her immunity.
So she's going to take the fifth, right?
She's going to say, I'm not coming in.
Then they're going to subpoena her.
She's like, okay, I'm not coming in.
I'm taking them.
My client's taking the fifth.
And then they could give her immunity.
They could say, okay, well, you can't take the fifth against your right against self-incrimination because we're now guaranteeing you we're not charging you with anything related to this crime.
She can't go in and say, yeah, I'm the one who shot John Kennedy.
She would get prosecuted for that.
But if she comes in and says, yes, I knew he was doing this and I told him to stop.
And one day I even gave him the keys to the room and he went in and did it.
they're telling her if they gave her immunity because they want to hear what she's got to say that they're not going to prosecute her but it takes a prosecutor a lot to do that because now they're saying all right no matter what comes out we're giving her immunity which means we can't come after her so unless they think she really holds some valuable evidence
Of course, they would like to talk to her.
They'll try to talk to her.
But any lawyer who's been a lawyer for more than 15 minutes knows like, OK, no, no, we're not going in to speak with them.
And there's also the privilege between a husband and a wife.
Right.
