The second noble truth of Buddhism is the attachment per se, is that explanation.
The third noble truth of Buddhism is that the solution is detachment, non-resistance.
And the way to get that is the fourth noble truth of Buddhism, which is where it gets complicated, the Eightfold Path.
So it's like you're, yes, yes, yes.
And then you get the Eightfold Path and you're like, no.
