I want you to take a piece of paper and I want you to write down the five things you're most grateful for.
OK, the five things you're most grateful for in life is very easy to forget those things.
I know you're grateful.
You're not a terrible person, but it's very easy to focus on the things you're not grateful for, the things that are annoying you, the five things you're grateful for.
I don't care how shallow they are like this episode of Better Call Saul.
Maybe that's on your list.
Good for you, whatever.
It's just like I had a burrito I liked.
Or let's have something like my grandma.
Whatever it is, the five things.
Then I want you to study that list every night for the rest of the week for five minutes before you go to bed.
And this time next week, I want you to update it.
At the end of 10 weeks, you're going to be 25% happier.
That's number one.
Number two, here's another exercise.
