Hi, my name is Artur, and I represent Eastside Hospital Intensive Care Unit. Just finished 10K. As you can hear from my panting, very, very tired. It was exhausting, but well worth it, as always. I knew exactly where the hills are, so kind of could prep and boost the battery before those hills approach.
But the amazing support of everybody, all the people just lining up the streets, cheering, I think that's another boost to the power. Amazing event, as always, every year. Really, really happy today.
We're raising the awareness, plus there is some links on our website, so if you do want to donate, we really appreciate every pound, every penny, value every member contributing to the good things that we're trying to achieve for our patients. And just awareness that we are there on your doorstep. We're always there to help.
And as a health professional, it must raise your spirits to see so many people doing something so healthy. Of course, I think events like this always promote the health well-being because it's not only about the physical, but also the mental part.
