Guy Sebastian and his former manager TADIS Day have reached a settlement after a nine-year legal battle with Day issuing an apology and acknowledging that the management company failed to properly account for and pass on certain payments owed to Guy.
Guy said as part of a longer statement on his Instagram profile, I know this impacted a lot of people, but I believed it was something I couldn't walk away from.
Following Day's acceptance of responsibility and apology, I'm prepared to put aside my claim, forgive, and move forward.
