He was convicted of manslaughter.
Not exactly murder, but, you know, decent murder.
And now he is ready to appeal.
You felt a shove.
Who shoved you?
I finally get the rock.
What did you do?
I hit her with the rock.
How many times do you think you hit her?
I hit her two times.
That's not what the witnesses said.
The witnesses saw him hit her many times, and it was an attempt, in their mind, to kill her.
And she survived, thankfully.
She's a small woman.
He is the aggressor here.
And she was a bloody mess afterwards, whereas he hardly had a scratch on him.
