We do know that the Victoria Police helicopter, which was hovering above, did capture the moment that Freeman was shot.

And we also know that there was a voice memo that Desi Freeman had activated about 20 minutes before he was shot dead that also captured that moment.

But in terms of body-worn camera, it's certainly an interesting moment

piece of information that came out yesterday and we don't have any explanation for that yet.

And whether we will get one remains to be seen.

So it's a heavily armored vehicle is the best way to describe it.

And it is massive.

It is black.

It is really imposing.

It's got these big tires.

You can't really see who's driving it.

You can't see who is in it.

And it sort of just rolls along the road.

I actually passed it on the day that Desi was shot.

It was coming back into town as I was heading out of town.

And

I had the unfortunate experience of passing it on this really narrow bridge.

And I guess to give you some feel of how big it is, I sort of stopped and thought, oh, gosh, do I need to let it come off the bridge before I go on?

Am I going to make it go past it?
