And this is an interesting part.

Whenever it does happen, the case has to be reviewed by at least one other pathologist.

I couldn't tell you because there's no documented evidence of a review in the ME report.

And when we asked Dr. Shelley if that happened, he said it likely would have been reviewed, but, quote,

End quote.

So here's an example of us having a rule in place, but no one has to show proof that they're following it.
