And to make that a little bit more real, I had an experience.
I've had a couple of them, but the one I'll share, I over the holidays, I was with some family members, you know, and after three or four days with family members, some
Sometimes, you know, things can sometimes get a little contentious, and with all of even within the best families of love and light, sometimes, you know, negativity happens.
And I walked into the room and I start talking to a couple of family members, and another family member was there, and she didn't like what I was saying.
And she interrupted and interjected something, a very personal, derogatory comment directly.
You know, now five years ago, maybe even two years ago, uh now I've been working on this.
I've been trying to be more patient.
I've been, you know, I meditate, I pray, I I try to be a better person.
But
what she said was very triggering.
And rather than just immediately snapping and lowering my vibration into that response of ego and anger and, you know, ridicule, I almost had an out-of-body experience, Zach.
It was the craziest thing because no time passed, but it seemed like
10 or 15 seconds passed where I was thinking about how do I want to respond to this?
It was like I came out of my body and I was like, okay, here's your chance.
How do you want to respond?
And so, but literally in no time, nanoseconds were were passing in terms of everybody else.
And so she says this nasty comment to me over here.
