And the and what's interesting also is he in that process, his reaction time, like the hurdles, like it's your starting reaction, right?

You got to get off the off the block and then you gotta have your everything in rhythm as you're going down through the hurdles.

It's a very mentally challenging uh uh sport.

He had the second fastest reaction time of all age groups.

So he's competing in the 40 plus.

He had a faster reaction time than almost.

Almost everyone that's half his age.

So that's something again, your listeners may, you know, take note of just from, you know, general health and wellness perspective.
