Our food is all about wholesome, cheerful food.
This fact that we are not seen as sophisticated, I remember someone telling me, Asma, no one's going to pay £139 to come for your biryani.
We sold out within minutes.
And I said, no.
This is my price tag.
I want to end this monopoly of this tattooed, you know, aggressive, testosterone-driven madman who's in a stainless steel empire beating up people, allowed to beat up people.
