How are you powerful when you cannot embrace the weak, when you cannot actually show them hope
For me, a leader is someone who tells someone who's gone in, afraid and broken, who has been bullied in school and comes in, boy or a girl, it doesn't matter.
You take them into this world, your secret world of cooking, and you show them how spice works and use the food to speak to them about hope and love.
Our industry is all about pushing each other down and this kind of very fake,
