When you summit Everest, people celebrate, and that's a big thing.
They plant a flag.
But what they fail to realize are immediately that fact, Mountaineers, enters their brain, and that is the majority of fatalities are on the way down.
And I think what separates good from great investors is when to sell.

Least moving a portion of your portfolio, bigger chunk than ever, into cash or something close to cash, or maybe even collectibles.
Things that I I've never owned collectibles, but you know, for the first time in my investing history, I'm saying maybe I should hold something that is not going to be effective.
Inflation goes to 10%.
There's a market and economic crisis that is potentially catastrophic.
