Me and my husband went hiking recently.
We did try that.
It was my biggest fear.
You know, I said, what am I going to do with just, you know, what happens when we get to the destination?
Which was we were trying to get to a waterfall.
And they said, well, then you walk back.
You know, and that scared me.
I said, just, and then see everything that I just saw again?
Yeah.
I know I sound insane, but hiking is not something I grew up with.
Did you grow up with it?
That's what I'm saying.
I feel like single moms didn't really take their kids hiking.
There was no time.
That's true.
That's true.
Like in Japan, there was no hiking trails near us.
It was a very American thing, just like eating salads.
It was all stuff I discovered here.
I said, oh, so people just walk towards a thing and then they walk back in nature.
