Somehow, it's likely protecting Cassie's secret or something, protecting her from him in some type of way that he found out. But that's just allegedly. I would have no idea. and that's not even clear i don't know as a juror how how clear everything else could be for me if we couldn't even start off the setting of the situation and a big and a house party and sleeping in bed are two very different things and i think if you remember being hung off the balcony you probably remember if you were in bed sleeping or if it was a house party
