There was also in his third attempt, I mean, the man attempted three times to bail out and did not. And the third one was contested a bit. But that's rare.

There's been a concern for it prior to this trial, and I don't think that concerns like that and behavior like that wrap themselves up within a tight little period of time that it's been since bailing, since his bail requests and his trial began.
