But as long as you're within the state, they're just accepting jobs, working on getting paid or insuring the officers.
I mean, we provided an insane amount of value to the cities and all the cities saw it.
Just nobody wanted to be the person that actually pulled the trigger.
Right.
Those guys are in there for a term.
They want to keep the status quo, keep the peace and then move on to the next city.
So that was the original model.
That was our idea, right?
Our idea was that we'd go into a city.
Cities are doing RFPs now all over the place.
There's a handful of services that do this, I know, because we were competitors with them.
Roll call, extra duty services, power details, which are really just great staffing modules for cities.
they didn't take the marketplace approach.
So in those cities, that would exactly happen, right?
You call the city, I need an officer, they say, go on this program, build an account, that's how you get our officers.
Right now, because we're outside of the city, it's all just outreach for us to businesses to go, hey, there's a different way.
So there's really, there's two different ways right now businesses are doing it.
They're either calling the local PD or a lot of them are actually calling big security companies, right?
They're calling your allied Securitas, G4S, whoever their large security provider is and saying, hey, do you have any access to off-duty cops?
And then that's when the markups just get insane because then those guys are turning around and calling the cities and really just brokering it.
