So LA County basically had to like send out agents posing as private people to buy up all the land between like the Owens River Valley and then redirect the water.
Um, and then there's a couple water barons that like you can't even say the name of, or you'll be like disappeared in California.
Um, but the the California State Water Supply Strategy, like from the Department of Natural Resources, says that half a million acres of farmland.
In order to like maintain water supply for the cities.
