It's because he still needs that still going because he like you learned us, but I'm still in this.
I did what everybody else did.
And I'm like, if I could show them another way and say, hey, we can help you sell 50 homes.
But if I don't help you keep 30 percent, what am I doing?
I was there.
I was in 2004.
I was there with LA.
It's the first storm wiped them out.
The first storm, not even the second or the third.
And first.
Well, I don't mind working like I hope I have good quality work to do when I'm 65, but I hope I do it for free.
I hope I can just do it for free.
