So the good thing was, I had played 18 earlier that morning.
I went and ate dinner with my mom, or lunch with my mom, and then went back and I was playing.
me and my dad were just messing around playing from the reds and we were on nine but we started on the back so we were on 18 so i didn't have to uh you know play thinking about it uh and that picture was actually a little bit before i decided uh that i was resigning it was when i got the offer from the lakers um and it was just obviously a a breath of fresh air yeah so so how did the process work because i know the the pistons were involved too so was it like were you just deciding between where you wanted to go you you kind of knew that it was going to be a lot of money no matter what
Yeah, I mean, I always knew I wanted to go back to L.A.
That was the main thing from, you know, day one was being back in L.A.
It's basically my home away from home.
I enjoy the good weather year-round golf.
So getting back there was the most important thing.
And, you know, people say that there was other moves to be made out there.
I don't know about any of that.
So, you know, L.A.
is where I wanted to be the whole time.
You aren't.
It's actually crazy.
We were joking about it last year that my first couple years I was the only white guy on the team, and now I think we have like six or seven.
I think it might be more than that.
It might be.
But, no, it's crazy.
But, I mean, at the end of the day, it's all about who can who.
And, you know, I feel like we've got, you know, some guys that can really play.
