Um under the quorum, the well so really I think a lot of this comes down to excuse absence piece too.
And it's it's pretty liberal um
And I I mean just uh I don't want to get too much into it, but I think there might be a way uh if a member's going to be absent, the reason why they're absent to make sure it complies with one of the things, there's like ten or twelve different ways, you know, to be absent from a meeting.
So perhaps just, you know, when you're sending an excuse absence, it maybe it could be as simple as that.

Um, it's the response that we got from the state of Florida uh commerce as part of the transmittal of Broward next.
So during the state's review in light of Senate Bill one eighty, they did find the Broward County land use plan amendments null and void.
And I'm smiling because I'm smiling because when we finally three weeks later were able to have a meeting with the staff.
Um, because they don't list a rationale, they only listed policies that they thought were uh more restrictive or burdensome.
