We're seeing local governments using it, but there are no units on the ground yet. podcast-host

So the permitting part is where we know that they've used the policy. podcast-host

If they they're going there's going to be either affordable units on the ground or they're buying out. podcast-host

That's when they have to p make their payment if they're podcast-host

Paying the Inlua fee. podcast-host

So no monies have been collected as of today, but it's close to $20 million that's committed to. podcast-host

And that number's actually lower than last year because what some cities have seen is that a developer wants to use the policy, they committed to the inload buyout, but now they're going to build the actual units. podcast-host

So we're seeing a transition that way. podcast-host

So the same number of units, but just a lesser uh or a few more units, but a lesser amount of money because of that transition. podcast-host

And that just came to fruition when we were at a meeting that Senator Geller was. podcast-host

having uh one of the developers commented on on that that difference. podcast-host
